Corporate/Funds Associate – Cayman Islands (5-7 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate/Funds Associate with 5‑7 years post‑qualification experience to join a leading offshore firm in the Cayman Islands. This position offers the chance to work in a low‑tax jurisdiction while gaining extensive corporate and funds law exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate and funds legal advice to international clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents and fund formation materials.
• Support cross‑border transactions and ensure compliance with Cayman Islands regulations.
• Liaise with senior partners and external counsel on complex matters.

Required profile

• Strong corporate law experience, preferably within an international law firm.
• Excellent academic record.
• Demonstrated desire to live and work in the Caribbean.
• 5‑7 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
