About the role

Join Grant Thornton’s fast‑growing Audit team in Grand Cayman as an Audit Graduate. You will receive hands‑on experience across multiple industries while working toward a professional accounting designation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit testing under the guidance of senior team members.
• Tot up schedules and financial statements.
• Document processes and accounting tests.
• Provide general audit support and other ad‑hoc assistance as required.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, professionalism and strong teamwork.
• Self‑motivation with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multitask in a results‑oriented environment with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to use technology to enhance service delivery and adopt a flexible, can‑do mindset.

Required skills

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience; public‑accounting internship a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Computer literacy, typing skills and excellent written and verbal English communication.
