Assistant Manager, Growth & Purpose

About the role

The Assistant Manager will support Deloitte’s Growth and Purpose team in developing and executing strategies that strengthen the firm’s brand, advance business priorities, and create meaningful community impact across the Cayman Islands and the wider Caribbean region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with service lines and internal stakeholders in Cayman, the Caribbean, and Bermuda to deliver high‑impact integrated marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Champion local community volunteering and fundraising drives designed to make a lasting difference for people and the environment.
• Support end‑to‑end logistics for client events, sponsorships, and industry conferences, ensuring seamless stakeholder experiences.
• Assist with marketing budgets, reporting, brand compliance processes, and provide general administrative and project‑management support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years progressive experience in marketing, communications, business development, advertising, or brand management, preferably within a large organization and the financial services or legal sector.
• Experience creating marketing materials, digital campaigns, and communications that align with organizational strategy, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
• Proven experience supporting events from concept development through execution.
