Remote Booking Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an organized Remote Booking Specialist to support clients in researching travel options and coordinating reservations through online platforms. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and travel requests.
• Research available accommodations, transportation, activities and related options using online systems.
• Assist with booking, confirming, and modifying reservations.
• Review reservation details for accuracy and provide clients with confirmations and essential information.
• Maintain organized client and reservation records and follow up on outstanding items.
• Liaise with service providers when necessary and provide ongoing client support.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable learning and using online booking systems.
• Previous booking or customer‑service experience is helpful but not mandatory.
