Junior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, sales‑oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team of recruitment consultants. The role is ideal for confident, proactive individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging clients and supporting managers in driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality candidates for a variety of professional roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Support business development initiatives and networking activities.
• Manage communications with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in recruitment, sales, business development, legal, accounting or a related professional‑services environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Growth‑oriented mindset with the capacity to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
