About the role

This graduate internship offers a recent university graduate the chance to work within a leading Cayman Islands financial services firm’s Fund Administration team. You will gain hands‑on exposure to private‑equity fund accounting, client interaction, and complex investment transactions in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily fund administration tasks, including NAV calculations and distribution processing.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports for private‑equity funds.
• Collaborate with international clients and internal teams to resolve operational queries.
• Participate in training sessions covering fund operations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and strong academic performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
