Food & Beverage Server

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Server to deliver high‑quality service to our guests. You will use your knowledge of food, wine and restaurant operations to create memorable, personalized experiences and support a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, take orders and process them accurately in the POS system.
• Serve meals, beverages and opened wine promptly and courteously.
• Bus and set tables, maintain stations (deli, dessert, coffee, espresso) and assist with to‑go orders.
• Seat guests, answer phones when needed, and handle cash and credit‑card transactions.
• Address guest complaints quickly and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Complete side work, setup and breakdown of service areas, and attend required trainings.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role (preferred).
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications (if applicable).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for guest service.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays.

• Cash handling and credit‑card processing.
• Wine service and opening techniques.
• Food handling certification.
• Alcohol awareness certification.
