Food & Beverage Host

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage reservations, seat guests efficiently, and help create memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all restaurant guests, providing local area information when requested.
• Manage seating assignments to ensure fair and consistent placement.
• Handle reservations by phone or in person, accurately recording guest details.
• Maintain a tidy host stand, process paperwork, and keep stock organized.
• Assist with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and packaging carry‑out orders.
• Support servers by delivering drinks and addressing guest inquiries.
• Perform additional restaurant and customer‑service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while communicating menu and allergy information clearly.
• Flexible schedule with availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable) and willingness to learn restaurant POS and reservation systems.
