F&B Server Assistant

About the role

The Server Assistant ensures a clean, welcoming dining environment while delivering prompt, courteous service. You will support the front‑of‑house team, create memorable guest experiences, and help maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and set tables to restaurant standards.
• Deposit dishes appropriately in the dish‑room or designated area.
• Pull dirty plates from tables while guests remain seated.
• Serve beverages promptly.
• Stock bussing stations and keep them tidy.
• Sweep floors and maintain cleanliness using provided tools.
• Assist with buffet set‑up and refills when needed.
• Support room service and other restaurant personnel as required.
• Help expedite food to tables and perform additional projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Preferred minimum of 1 year experience in a similar or supportive role within an upscale dining environment.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong work ethic, dedication, and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule; must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
