Account Administrator

About the role

Strategic Risk Solutions (Cayman) Limited is seeking a motivated Account Administrator to join its account management team. This entry‑level position offers exposure to captive insurance, client service and operational support, with a clear path toward an Account Manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with daily client service tasks.
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and maintain compliance records.
• Help prepare client reports, board materials and insurance documentation.
• Maintain client records and corporate documentation.
• Provide administrative support for client‑related and office operations (courier coordination, bank deposits, document management, etc.).
• Attend on‑island client meetings when possible to gain exposure to client interactions and captive insurance operations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, insurance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of administration experience, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong interest in building a career in captive insurance, insurance management or financial services.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Adobe and other business technology tools.
