Room Attendant

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy and welcoming, contributing to a memorable stay at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. Working as part of a dedicated housekeeping team, you will deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to brand standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities and ensuring all fixtures are spotless.
• Maintain corridors, public lounges and other guest areas, performing routine cleaning and special projects as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls, providing courteous assistance and ensuring satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance issues, lost items or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow health, safety and infection‑control procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Service‑oriented attitude with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle a fast‑moving workload.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
