About the role

MOD Realty | Chestertons is seeking a full‑time, commission‑based Real Estate Agent to join its George Town office. You will represent buyers and sellers in residential, pre‑construction and land transactions, guiding clients from the first consultation through to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads to build a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property viewings, prepare and present listings, and advise clients on market conditions and pricing.
• Draft, review and negotiate offers; coordinate inspections, appraisals and other transaction steps.
• Collaborate with attorneys, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth closings.
• Maintain accurate records in brokerage systems and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with at least 3 years of direct experience.
• Proven track record of successful closings.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Cayman Islands real‑estate market and regulations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple listings and meet performance targets.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property showings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate CRM tools and online listing platforms.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
