Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Camana Bay and Harbour Walk locations. The role combines operational oversight, business performance management and team leadership to ensure service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across both locations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
• Lead, coach and develop staff, fostering a high‑performing team culture.
• Drive sales, profitability and control operational expenses.
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives to boost revenue and customer retention.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators using POS and reporting systems.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and/or sales leadership.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering business results.
• University or college degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and availability to work 45 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with POS, invoicing and reporting systems.
