Junior Associate – ITC

About the role

Waystone is seeking a Junior Associate to join its ITC team. You will support a portfolio of institutional clients, handling complex structures, annual filings and ad‑hoc requests while developing expertise in FATCA, CRS and related compliance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the ITC team with day‑to‑day client service activities, seeking guidance from senior members as needed.
• Prepare foundational documents such as tax forms, notices and draft FATCA/CRS reports under supervision.
• Conduct initial checks on documentation, flagging gaps or inconsistencies for senior review.
• Monitor accounts receivable for assigned clients and prepare status updates.
• Support onboarding of new FATCA/CRS clients by preparing checklists and updating system records.
• Maintain accurate database and tracker records, ensuring all client communications are properly filed.
• Assist with DocuSign processing, DEF preparation and escalation of any delays.
• Help prepare AEOI reports or board materials by gathering data and formatting documents.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn regulatory requirements and participate in training.
