About the role

The Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor will manage the hotel’s overnight operations, ensure the accuracy of daily financial data, and deliver exceptional guest service during the night shift. This dual‑role position blends front‑desk responsibilities with detailed financial reconciliation to keep the property running smoothly after hours.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all overnight front‑desk activities, including check‑in, check‑out, and guest inquiries.
• Perform the night audit, balancing daily revenue, posting transactions, and preparing end‑of‑day financial reports.
• Handle reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate front‑desk logs, cash drawers, and security procedures.
• Ensure the property’s safety and security during the night shift.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Prior experience in a front‑desk or night‑audit role is preferred.
