E‑Billing Analyst

About the role

The Maples Group is seeking an E‑Billing Analyst to join its Finance function in the Cayman Islands. The analyst will ensure electronic invoices are submitted correctly, accepted by client platforms, and that any issues are resolved promptly to support timely revenue collection.

Key responsibilities

• Submit electronic bills to clients via their e‑billing platforms, adhering to client guidelines and deadlines.
• Monitor bill status, identify rejections or discrepancies, investigate root causes and apply corrective actions.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, secretaries and billing teams to gather accurate billing data and address queries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client‑specific e‑billing rules, rate arrangements and LEDES format requirements.
• Work with Finance and Revenue teams to meet cash collection targets and reduce aged work‑in‑progress.
• Prioritise high volumes of e‑bills to meet service level agreements.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in e‑billing, legal billing or revenue‑related functions.
• Strong ethical standards, autonomy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and collaborate with international teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LEDES format.
• Experience using e‑billing platforms.
