Client Serving Associate – Audit (Wealth & Asset Management)

About the role

EY’s Financial Services Office is seeking Client Serving Associates in the Cayman Islands or Bahamas to act as the audit team liaison for a portfolio of clients, coordinating engagements across global EY offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 300+ audit engagements while meeting regulatory deadlines.
• Administer client set‑up procedures, gathering required documentation and information for new clients.
• Maintain existing client relationships by processing requests, resolving inquiries, and keeping client data up to date.
• Coordinate audit engagements between the BBC region and other EY offices.
• File returns electronically with the local regulatory authority and archive audit engagements.
• Collaborate daily with other EY offices and build effective relationships with client‑serving teams and senior executives.
• Support administrative duties such as billing, cash collections, and maintaining work logs for the engagement portfolio.

Required profile

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum two years of relevant administrative experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Detail‑oriented with superior organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and work well as a team player.
