Baker & Pastry Chef

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Baker & Pastry Chef to join our small, quality‑focused team in Grand Cayman. You will work alongside one other baker, supporting two F&B locations with handmade, artisanal baked goods.

Key responsibilities

• Produce breads, pastries, cakes and desserts from scratch using traditional methods.
• Create gluten‑free, dairy‑free and other allergy‑friendly baked items.
• Assist with menu development and the creation of new products.
• Manage daily production schedules, stock rotation and uphold food‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional bakery and/or pastry experience.
• Strong baking skills with the ability to work independently.
• Creative mindset interested in developing new menu items.
• Comfortable working in a small team of two bakers.
• Available for early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to fund own relocation and possess the right to work in the Cayman Islands (preferred).
