Remote Booking Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Booking Specialist to support our clients in planning and securing travel and accommodation arrangements. Working from home, you will use online platforms to research options, create reservations, and ensure a smooth experience for each customer.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and travel needs.
• Research and identify suitable accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services using online booking systems.
• Create, review, and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy of all details.
• Provide clients with confirmations, itineraries, and essential information.
• Handle modifications, special requests, and follow‑up on outstanding items.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservation data.
• Liaise with service providers when necessary to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to conduct research and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.

• Previous experience in booking, travel, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
