Classroom Teacher

About the role

The Classroom Teacher will plan and deliver lessons using the Gradelink platform, create a supportive learning environment, and assess student progress in line with school policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate records in Gradelink, including attendance, lesson plans, assignments, and grades.
• Teach assigned grade‑level curriculum, adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs, and promote a safe, disciplined classroom.
• Communicate regularly with parents, provide written and oral assessments, and contribute to student reports.
• Collaborate with senior management, the principal, and fellow teachers on curriculum development, teaching methods, and pastoral care.
• Participate in staff development, performance reviews, and school events such as fundraising and PTA activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status or a current teaching license from an eligible country.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area with a teaching certificate.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience within a school system, including experience supporting students with special needs.
• Strong organizational abilities, punctuality, and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for inclusive education, removing learning barriers, and fostering a positive school atmosphere.
