Senior Finance Manager

About the role

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join an established, high‑performing leadership team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee the accounting function and drive financial insight to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the company's accounting function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Enhance financial processes and controls, identify improvement opportunities, and provide meaningful financial insight for strategic decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accounting professional (CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum eight years of accounting experience, preferably in a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
• Demonstrated experience leading finance teams and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting.

What we offer

• Base salary US$130,000‑$145,000.
