Marketing Communications & Operations Manager

About the role

Appleby (Cayman) Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Communications & Operations Manager to lead the design and execution of global marketing campaigns and strengthen the firm’s brand identity. The role will work closely with the Business Development & Marketing team and manage relationships with agencies, vendors and legal directories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multichannel marketing campaigns based on client intelligence and market trends.
• Create compelling communications and content to increase visibility across all channels.
• Measure campaign performance, report insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Define and manage the firm’s social media strategy and oversee digital marketing and SEO initiatives.
• Maintain brand guidelines, house style manual and support employer branding.
• Manage relationships with legal directories, media contacts, vendors and agencies to maximise rankings and PR opportunities.
• Oversee website performance in partnership with the website agency and implement enhancements.
• Procure and administer marketing tools and platforms, tracking budgets and improving processes.
• Maintain global marketing resources such as the Key Messaging Register and marketing collateral catalogue.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong written communication and copy‑writing skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
