About the role

Join RBC Caribbean’s Private Banking team as a Manager Private Banking, providing trusted advisory and concierge‑level service to ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients across the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Black Card Client Experience by creating memorable interactions and tailoring RBC solutions for UHNW clients.
• Proactively contribute to business development through idea generation, planning, and execution of growth activities.
• Lead the Client Relationship Team to resolve concerns efficiently, ensure proper onboarding, and maintain up‑to‑date KYC information.
• Drive strategic growth by supporting client contact plans, scheduling annual reviews, and positioning new banking solutions.
• Maximize technology use and champion digital education, enabling clients to engage via preferred digital channels.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance by collaborating on risk mitigation, fraud prevention, and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5‑7 years banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline and relevant professional certifications.
• Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, or high‑net‑worth client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services for affluent clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships across jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and regulatory requirements.
