Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Neurodisability & Neurodivergence

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Neuropsychologist to join Aspire Therapeutic Services in the Cayman Islands. The role sits within our expanding Neurodivergence & Disability pathway, offering a varied caseload that includes intellectual disability, autism, ADHD, acquired brain injury and neurodegenerative conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments using standardized test batteries (e.g., WAIS‑V, WISC‑V, WMS‑V, D‑KEFS, NEPSY, RBANS) and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Adapt assessment methods for cultural differences, communication challenges, sensory needs or cognitive impairment.
• Develop complex neuropsychological formulations and person‑centred care plans.
• Deliver individual and group therapeutic interventions (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, trauma‑focused, attachment‑based, systemic, Positive Behaviour Support).
• Provide psychological input to goal‑oriented neurorehabilitation programmes.

Required profile

• Registered/licensed clinical psychologist or neuropsychologist.
• Experience working with neurodisability, neurodivergence, or brain injury across the lifespan.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Motivation to develop specialist neuropsychology skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with neuropsychological test batteries: WAIS‑V, WISC‑V, WMS‑V, D‑KEFS, NEPSY, RBANS.
• Competence in evidence‑based therapies: CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, trauma‑focused approaches, attachment‑based interventions, Positive Behaviour Support.
