Investment Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Administrator to join a dynamic financial services team. The role offers continuous learning opportunities, including support for certifications such as the CSC, and a collaborative environment where cross‑departmental teamwork is encouraged.

Key responsibilities

• Address client inquiries and manage account transactions, documentation, reporting, and wire transfers.
• Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and manage client events from planning to execution.
• Assist in opening new accounts, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Maintain and organize data management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Ensure client records are accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Passion for finance and client service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
