Fitness & Class Instructor – Luxury Wellness Spa

About the role

Meraki Wellness is seeking a passionate Fitness & Class Instructor to join its exclusive members‑only wellness spa in Grand Cayman. This position blends holistic wellbeing with luxury hospitality, delivering personalised fitness, movement and recovery programmes for discerning members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver bespoke one‑to‑one personal training sessions and small‑group classes.
• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and create results‑driven programmes tailored to each member.
• Lead onboarding experiences, ensuring members feel confident and supported.
• Contribute to the annual fitness and wellbeing programme and support wellness events.
• Utilise Technogym equipment and integrate modalities such as Yoga, Barre and Pilates.
• Maintain accurate digital records and support equipment installation and calibration.
• Uphold 5‑star service standards and confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Impeccably presented, poised and calm under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented, operationally disciplined and commercially aware.
• Strong communication skills in English and a genuine commitment to service excellence.
• Minimum three years’ experience in personal training and at least one wellness modality.

What we offer

• Competitive salary USD $40,000–$48,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
