Financial Controller

About the role

The business is in an active growth phase and seeks a hands‑on finance leader to strengthen and develop its finance function, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, including monthly close, management reporting, cash management and year‑end audit.
• Oversee a small finance team handling AP/AR, payroll, inventory and cost control.
• Strengthen internal controls, systems and reporting processes using modern tools and AI.
• Support the CEO and external advisors on budgeting, forecasting and decision‑making, and assist with integration of new entities.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) with senior finance experience in a commercial or industry environment.
• Strong grasp of inventory, costing and margin analysis.
• Hands‑on approach with confidence in Excel and AI tools for reporting and analysis.
• Multi‑entity or group reporting experience is a strong advantage.
