Baker for Hospitality Group

About the role

The Baker will work on‑site in George Town, preparing a variety of breads, cookies, pastries and other baked goods to support the group’s restaurants and bar venues.

Key responsibilities

• Mix and scale ingredients according to established recipes.
• Operate baking equipment and monitor product quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized and food‑safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on new products and seasonal offerings.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in bakery and baking with ability to produce consistent, high‑quality goods.
• Hands‑on experience with food preparation, measuring, mixing and safe ingredient handling.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and local health regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, holidays and night shifts.
