Audit Senior Associate – Asset Management

About the role

Crowe is seeking an Audit Senior Associate with a focus on the Asset Management industry. In this role you will lead audit engagements, deepen industry expertise, and build strong client relationships while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client audit engagements from planning through completion, including financial statement preparation, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns, and evaluate performance for engagement reviews.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships to ensure satisfaction and address audit issues.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve audit findings in collaboration with the audit team.
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software.
• Engage with key client management to gather information, resolve audit-related problems, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant public accounting external audit experience.
• Experience working within the Asset Management industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audit software.
• Ability to work with electronic databases for financial analysis.
