US Tax Consultant – Cayman Islands

About the role

Join Deloitte's US Tax team in the Cayman Islands as a Tax Associate, supporting investment‑management clients with US tax reporting and consulting services. You will work on a variety of compliance and advisory engagements while enjoying the island lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare US tax returns and other tax compliance filings for US and non‑US partnerships and corporations.
• Perform technical research on US taxation issues and deliver practical solutions to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with the broader US Tax team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Working towards a US‑recognised professional designation such as a state‑licensed CPA, attorney or IRS Enrolled Agent.
• Previous tax or related experience, including co‑op or internship experience, is preferred.
