Senior Vice President – AML Compliance Services

About the role

Ocorian is seeking an experienced AML professional to join its Asset Management Services business in the Cayman Islands as Senior Vice President – AML Compliance Services. You will act as the trusted Anti‑Money Laundering Compliance Officer (AMLCO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for a portfolio of funds and structured finance vehicles, guiding clients through a complex regulatory landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as designated AMLCO, MLRO and/or DMLRO for multiple client entities.
• Develop, maintain and test AML/KYC policies, procedures, systems and controls in line with Cayman Islands AML regulations.
• Prepare and present annual and interim AMLCO reports to client boards.
• Act as primary liaison with the Cayman Islands Financial Reporting Authority and other regulators, handling suspicious activity reporting and related filings.
• Manage client relationships, providing strategic advice and ensuring high service standards.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the AML compliance offering.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in anti‑money laundering compliance within asset management or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and influence commercial outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands AML regulations and reporting obligations.
• Excellent communication skills with regulators and senior client stakeholders.
