Senior Manager – FATCA/CRS & Information Reporting

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Business Tax Advisory practice within the Financial Services Office. You will lead complex information‑reporting engagements, providing strategic tax solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AEOI (Automatic Exchange of Information) engagements, including FATCA and CRS legal entity analyses.
• Manage domestic withholding and reporting matters for financial services clients.
• Handle tax controversy issues related to AEOI and other information‑reporting requirements.
• Deliver due‑diligence assessments, advisory services, and regulatory compliance solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams on multi‑jurisdictional projects and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager level experience in tax advisory, preferably within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of FATCA, CRS, IRS withholding requirements, and Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR).
• Proven ability to manage multi‑jurisdictional teams and complex projects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to develop strategic solutions for clients.
