Sales Supervisor – Car Sales Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our car sales team. The role involves managing the full sales process, building strong customer relationships and driving the team to meet quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consistent sales performance in line with company targets.
• Develop and manage an active sales pipeline from enquiry to delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Own the complete customer sales journey, including pricing, budgeting, product availability and order progress.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions and forward orders.
• Handle customer enquiries, concerns and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Present products and solutions confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
• Use CRM and sales systems consistently, ensuring disciplined follow‑up.
• Support marketing campaigns and identify growth opportunities, especially within fleet and corporate segments.
• Provide customer and market feedback to inform business decisions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of sales or customer‑facing experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
• Customer‑service focus and professional approach.
• Automotive industry experience is a strong asset.
