Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor will lead daily operations for our dining and catering services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across airport, sky‑dining, and event venues. You will coordinate staff, manage event logistics, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑event staff meetings to review service style, timing, and responsibilities.
• Build alliances with partner businesses to generate new customers through networking events.
• Administer corrective actions for policy violations and support staff development.
• Arrange equipment maintenance, waste removal, and pest control.
• Coordinate with fellow employees to meet guest needs and fill in as required.
• Inspect venues to ensure design, seating, and décor meet client specifications.
• Prepare accurate contracts for catering events, including guest counts, menu content, and payment schedules.
• Collaborate with chefs, DJs, photographers, and other service providers throughout the event process.
• Control food costs, oversee transportation, setup, and supervision of all events.
• Manage daily cash procedures, petty cash, spoilage logs, and end‑of‑day deposit slips.
