Restaurant Server – Guest Service

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Server to join our team in Grand Cayman. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and seat guests, guiding them to their tables.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make dish recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
• Check on guests periodically to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Clear tables, remove used dishes and glassware to maintain a tidy dining area.
• Process payments, present accurate bills and handle transactions efficiently.
• Notify a manager if a guest becomes intoxicated or behaves rudely.
• Complete opening, mid‑shift and closing duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistently clean restaurant environment.
