About the role

As a Relationship Manager – Financial Solutions you will join RBC’s community of professionals dedicated to helping high‑value and affluent clients thrive. You will retain and grow an assigned portfolio, deepen existing relationships, and onboard new clients referred by partners.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and expand a portfolio of high‑value and affluent clients, supporting the branch team in attracting and nurturing relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing advice and solutions across everyday banking, credit, and investment products.
• Develop and execute a contact‑management strategy to regularly discuss clients’ financial needs.
• Act as an RBC ambassador, promoting multi‑channel and digital solutions to clients and colleagues.
• Mentor branch employees and serve as a role model for service excellence.
• Manage risk by following compliance routines, processes, and controls.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and generating loyalty, sales opportunities, and referrals.
• Minimum 2 years of retail lending experience with proven ability to provide appropriate credit solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or equivalent (candidates pursuing a degree will be considered).
