Regional Enablement Coach – Private Banking

About the role

The Regional Enablement Coach will support Private Banking sales and service professionals across RBC Caribbean markets. The role focuses on elevating sales effectiveness, embedding strategic initiatives, and delivering a differentiated client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent advice and coaching on sales management strategy, including discovery visits, routines, and reporting.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for sales and service tools, reporting, observational coaching, skill building, and change‑management activities.
• Identify gaps and best practices at market, team, and individual levels and develop action plans.
• Serve as integration point between market teams and RBC Caribbean groups, gathering feedback and sharing best practices.
• Support integration of RBC Partners to leverage client opportunities, close business gaps, and improve NPS.
• Leverage reward and recognition programs, champion sales campaigns, and celebrate achievements.
• Drive change initiatives, build sales leader capabilities in change management, and facilitate proactive communication.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent education.
• Strong observational coaching, people‑development, and mentoring abilities.
• Critical thinking, creativity, and innovative problem‑solving skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of influencing senior leaders and partners.
• Proven business and organizational planning experience.
