Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead medium to large technology projects across multiple teams and business stakeholders. Reporting to the Lead IT Project Manager within the IT Project Management Office, you will oversee several projects simultaneously and drive delivery of high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple technology projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Maintain project artefacts in Monday.com and ensure compliance with the Maples project delivery framework.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead project meetings, status updates, and working groups, preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and maintain accurate documentation.
• Facilitate retrospectives and apply learnings to improve processes.
• Integrate change management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or Business Administration.
• PMP, PMI‑ACP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification; Prosci Change Management certificate is a plus.
• Extensive experience as an IT Project Manager delivering software projects, both in‑house and vendor‑led.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, team management and stakeholder engagement skills.
