Mortgage Support Associate

About the role

The Mortgage Support Associate will join RBC’s mortgage team in George Town, providing end‑to‑end support for complex mortgage fulfillment and servicing transactions. You will ensure timely processing of credit applications, verify documentation, and uphold the highest standards of client service.

Key responsibilities

• Verify completeness of incoming mortgage credit applications and limit requests.
• Process work volumes in line with established service level agreements.
• Navigate RBC banking applications (e.g., RIBS, T24) to complete and track transactions.
• Monitor and reduce client and service‑partner error trends.
• Support RBC mortgage sales teams and represent the bank at community events.

Required profile

• Minimum five passes (Grades I‑III or A‑C) with compulsory Math and English.
• Knowledge of RBC lending products and banking applications.
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
