Marketing Manager & Marketing Assistant

About the role

SteppingStones Recruitment is seeking two permanent marketing professionals – a Marketing Manager to lead the function across multiple business entities and a Junior Marketing Assistant to support creative and digital initiatives. Both roles will work closely with retail, events and digital teams to drive brand visibility and sales growth. The Marketing Manager will operate with minimal supervision, while the Junior Assistant will bring strong creative and digital skills to support the team.
