Junior IT Support Technician – ERP First‑Line Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Junior Support Technician to provide first‑line assistance for the Infor M3 ERP system and related business applications, ensuring smooth business operations with minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP support requests and troubleshoot technical issues using established procedures.
• Escalate complex problems to specialists or third‑party providers and coordinate resolutions.
• Monitor support tickets, maintain accurate documentation and assist with system enhancements, upgrades and technology improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, including participation in an on‑call rota.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Infor M3 ERP (beneficial).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, SQL and reporting or business‑intelligence tools.
