Investment Operations Associate

About the role

The Investment Operations Associate will support the day‑to‑day administration of client investment accounts for a leading financial services organisation in the Cayman Islands. This role ensures that all client transactions, fund movements, and fee processing are handled accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing wires, internal transfers, and cheque deposits.
• Monitor and reconcile fund movements and standing wire instructions.
• Execute trade settlement and manage trade execution records.
• Prepare fee billing, custody fees, and quarterly charges.
• Set up custody accounts and maintain accurate client records.
• Identify and resolve account discrepancies.
• Liaise with clients, relationship managers, and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong numerical, administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
