Investment Advisor Associate

About the role

The RBC Dominion Securities branch in Grand Cayman is seeking a resourceful, efficient and collaborative Investment Advisor Associate to support its wealth‑management team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing client investment portfolios, including trade execution, portfolio re‑balancing and settlement.
• Process client wire payments and securities transfer requests.
• Review daily reports and follow up on client transactions.
• Ensure client files and documentation comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support onboarding of new clients, meeting AML and RBC policy standards.
• Maintain client service plans, managing timelines and key contact dates.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate meetings with clients or prospects and provide marketing and administrative support.

Required profile

• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) or ability to obtain within six months.
• Relevant university degree and international financial‑services experience.
• Strong skills with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• High‑quality time‑management and organization abilities.
• Demonstrated world‑class client service with a professional, warm approach.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
