Insolvency & Restructuring Manager – Cayman Islands

About the role

The role is based in the Cayman Islands within a Big Four offshore restructuring practice. As a Manager you will own engagements from instruction through to close, building a reputation and client relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements, including formal appointments, contentious restructurings, forensic investigations and cross‑border matters.
• Lead and develop junior team members, providing guidance and supervision throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Maintain and grow client relationships across the portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the practice’s footprint.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of restructuring and insolvency experience in a professional services firm.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CA(SA) or US CPA; insolvency qualification (CPI/JIEB) is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing cases end‑to‑end.
• Cross‑border or offshore experience is advantageous.
