Graphic Design Associate – Hospitality & Marketing

About the role

A leading hospitality organization in the Cayman Islands is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design Associate to join its Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer who loves bringing brands to life and wants to see their work used across a wide variety of digital, print, promotional and event-focused projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce creative marketing materials across both digital and print channels.
• Develop advertisements, promotional collateral, signage, electronic brochures, presentations and event materials.
• Work closely with Marketing and operational teams to conceptualize creative solutions for campaigns and projects.
• Ensure all creative work remains consistent with established brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Consider customer demographics and target audiences when developing the look and feel of promotional materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain organized project files, creative assets and archives.
• Prepare artwork and files for final production and support printing, scanning and other production requirements.
• Carry out digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation and layout work.
• Review finished materials for accuracy, quality and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• Approximately 3‑5 years’ professional Graphic Design experience.
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills.
• Experience producing both digital and print marketing materials.
• Strong image editing, retouching and layout capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with Marketing and wider operational teams.
• Professional, organized and comfortable working within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
