Graduate Opportunities – Audit, Consulting, Tax & Legal

About the role

Deloitte Cayman Islands is offering a structured graduate program for 2026/2027 Caymanian students. Participants will join one of the service lines – Audit & Assurance, Consulting, or Tax & Legal – and begin contributing to client projects from day one while receiving comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and risk assessments for client engagements.
• Assist in reviewing financial data and making recommendations on business processes.
• Leverage new tools and technologies to support advisory work.
• Build professional relationships with clients and Deloitte teams.
• Participate in well‑being, sustainability, and community initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s values.

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026 or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (accounting, business, economics, finance, or math preferred).
• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership or teamwork through extracurricular activities.
• Interest in a career in professional services and willingness to pursue a relevant professional designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA).
