Field Sales Executive – Logistics Solutions

About the role

DHL Express is looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them optimise their supply chains with tailored express logistics solutions. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a defined territory of customer accounts, building strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Understand customer needs and design customised logistics solutions.
• Negotiate and close profitable contracts aligned with company objectives.
• Drive account growth and exceed sales targets through proactive planning and execution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues and build long‑term loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Stay up to date with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
