Director of Sales & Marketing – Luxury Hotel & Residences

About the role

The Director of Sales & Marketing will lead the sales and marketing function for ONE|GT, a premier luxury mixed‑use resort in Grand Cayman. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape strategy, drive revenue, and enhance the brand’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies across corporate, leisure, cruise, and event segments.
• Own the digital marketing ecosystem – website, social media, OTA distribution, SEO/SEM and online reputation.
• Lead a team of five senior professionals, setting performance targets and ensuring delivery.
• Collaborate with government tourism boards, DMOs and brand partners to generate inbound travel.
• Represent the property at regional trade shows and co‑brand campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury or independent properties.
• Strong business communication, presentation skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and revenue‑management metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with hospitality sales software such as CoStar, Profitsword, Delphi and Revinate.

What we offer

• Base salary $140,000‑$160,000 USD tax‑free, plus up to 30% performance bonus.
• 15 days vacation (increasing to 20 after five years), 10 sick days, fully employer‑paid medical coverage.
