Compliance Manager – Lead Compliance Strategy

About the role

The Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the compliance framework of a respected professional services organisation. You will work across a range of governance, risk and regulatory initiatives while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance compliance and AML frameworks to meet regulatory obligations.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on governance, risk and regulatory matters.
• Monitor legislative developments and support regulatory filings and due‑diligence activities.
• Prepare compliance reporting and deliver training initiatives.
• Contribute to broader risk and compliance projects across the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance within financial or professional services.
• Degree in a relevant discipline and/or recognised compliance or governance qualification.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk‑management practices.
• Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing compliance‑related initiatives.
