Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the strategic growth, operational performance, and long‑term value creation of a diversified construction and real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑, medium‑, and long‑term corporate strategy across construction, property development, and real‑estate investment.
• Take full ownership of the company’s P&L, cash flow, profitability, and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
• Provide executive oversight of the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.
• Lead identification, acquisition, development, and commercialization of real‑estate opportunities, managing the full project lifecycle.
• Drive business development, strategic partnerships, and investment decisions to expand market presence.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with substantial experience in construction, property development, real‑estate investment, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses, managing large project portfolios, and delivering sustainable profitability.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence boards, investors, and partners.
